Warning! This is NOT teaching related! (I know you are so SAD!!)
I am a little late to this party, but I’m linking up with The Teaching Trio for their monthly Favorite Things Linky.
Hey readers! Miss Monica over at I Heart Grade 3 is hosting a great linky where she asks a question each week to help teachers think, reflect and share over the summer.
She said that even though she can’t blog about her classroom this summer, she can still blog about her thoughts, ideas, and philosophies about teaching and education. I love it!
This week’s topic is where I was 5 years ago.
There are 2 kinds of people in the world. The kind that use the a weekly calendar/planner and the kind that use a monthly calendar/planner. I used to be a monthly kind of girl. I didn’t want a monthly calendar by itself because I like the thickness that a weekly planner brought. I didn’t want a weekly planner because I felt wasteful not using the weekly pages and only using the monthly pages. I tried logging workouts, food, and then just repeating my events from the monthly. None of that was working for me!
It’s Friday! You know what that means! Here is a peek at what I’ve been up to this week :) I’ve been trying to find a balance of being productive AND relaxing/enjoying my summer. It’s easy to get caught up in school stuff with decorating and organizing and creating, but I also need to make sure I’m chillin out, maxin, relaxin all cool. :) LOL! (Fresh Prince, anyone??)
Hey everyone! Today I am linking up with Farley for her July Currently.
