I am linking up with Michelle from Fabulous in First for a cute little Christmas Questionnaire. Great idea Michelle! :)
Hot Chocolate or Eggnog?
Hot chocolate made with milk. I’ve actually never had eggnog!
Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them underneath the tree?
When I was growing up Santa did not wrap presents. I don’t have kiddos of my own yet, so I haven’t decided what he will do for them!
Colored lights or white?
White, green, or red. I do NOT like lights in other colors.
When do you decorate?
The day after Thanksgiving. It’s convenient AND hubs doesn’t like Christmas being celebrated before Thanksgiving. One holiday at a time!
Real or Fake Tree?
FAKE! And prelit, too. :)
What Tops Your Tree?
A star. It’s just something I picked out at Target this year, so it’s not sentimental.
Favorite Christmas Memories or Traditions?
Fave memory was my grandparents coming over on Christmas Eve and opening presents. Then we would always watch White Christmas.
Do you remember your favorite gift as a child?
I remember a doll house I got when I was about 7-8. My parents put a picture of it from the ad in the newspaper in a small box and wrapped it. I remember being really confused when I opened it until they brought out the real one! I loved that thing.
Do you prefer giving or receiving?
I love giving gifts that I pick out and think they would like- not so much giving off of a list.
What is your favorite Christmas song?
All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey
Candy Canes. Yuck or Yum?
Neither. I like peppermint but just don’t care for eating it by way of Candy Cane. It get’s too sticky!
Favorite Christmas Movie?
It’s A Wonderful Life and White Christmas
Do you shop online or at stores?
Both, depending on the better deal.
Photo Cards, Letter or Store Bought Card?
I like photo cards and look forward to doing one next year!
While I prefer to give gifts, I’m also linking up my wish list with Hope at Second Grade Shenanigans. It’s kind of pricey, so I don’t really think I’ll be getting any of it. But that’s OK, it is still fun to make a list! :)
